New Shutterfly Community Forums

« Back to Family, Photo Book Ideas, Photo Tips

I’m excited to let you know that we recently developed user-to-user forums in order to provide customers a new way to communicate with each other.

The Community Forums are designed for you to share ideas and inspiration about projects, as well as tips and tricks for using Shutterfly. Also included are Technical Support Forums so that you can help each other through common technical issues.

Typical post topics range from How do I get more visits to my Share site to DIY kids photo shoots.

These forums are monitored by passionate and knowledgeable customers, who are more than happy to help. Stop by and say hello!

more about Shannon W

Hello! I’m Shannon, Shutterfly’s Customer Service Community Manager, and a longtime Shutterfly fan. When I’m not working with the Shutterfly team, you can find me spending time with friends, family, my 2 Chihuahuas, and of course, taking pictures! I’ve always had an interest in photography and I recently picked up my first DSLR. I’m having fun learning how to use all the different settings. I look for any reason to create a Shutterfly project. Shutterfly is the perfect place to create projects from my photos, and to preserve and share all my special moments.
